Shipping & Returns

For our international customers, we are unable to guarantee specific rates for shipping, therefor we will email you the rates before charging you.

Sometimes our estimated shipping rates can be disproportionate for weight and size, meaning that an order for the same number of vinyls and CDs may be incorrectly estimated as costing about the same to ship. All shipping charges will be adjusted appropriately upon completion of the order. Be assured that we’re interested in building a relationship with our customers, not in getting that extra few dollars from overcharging for shipping.

It is important that you note that all delivery schedules are from "date of shipment" and not date of order. Shipment is subject to product availability. If the product you have ordered is out of stock, your order will be back ordered and shipped promptly upon restock. This will affect your delivery schedule.

Items in stock leave within three business days. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information will be subject to delay. Address correction charges by UPS or FedEx will be an additional charge to the customer. Provision of correct email is required for order status notification. We are not responsible for non-delivery of email caused by incorrect information provided or technical server problems outside of Nature Sounds.

Items paid for by check leave after check clearance and will be subject to delay. If you need your order as soon as possible we suggest payment by credit card.

While we do our best to ensure all items are of merchandisable quality, we are occasionally supplied with mis-pressed / marked CDs and vinyl.

If you receive a faulty item, we will be happy to supply a replacement or a refund if no replacement is available.

Please contact us with your name, order reference number and a description of the fault.
